Rationale
Paul and I have four main motivators for our planning process this year:
As usual, we start with 1001 burning questions that we'll need to tackle
so we can cut down on the bureaucracy the closer we get to 2001/08/27.
I've split the questions into two parts. Both sets are on the Spiral
website, managed by the marvellous Mr. Makepeace,
but in order to cut down on overload I'm posting a subset first on the list; second mail to
follow once the first
lot are addressed.
